EXperienced coach&TRainer

Max is committed to helping his Clients achieve the level of fitness and health they choose. As an elite D-1 track and field athlete at the University of New Hampshire, Max understands what it takes to get your body ready to compete at the highest level. With a degree in Exercise Science, and experience in cardiac rehab, occupational therapy and physiology, he also understands how to balance desire for performance and fitness, with the needs of each person’s body.
